Magic Kingdom madness!

55

Today was insane!!!!!

...In a fun, fantastic, fabulous way!!!

I woke up not wanting to wake up after staying out SO late the night before literally food shopping at Walmart. But I'm so glad I decided to stick to the plan and make it to magic kingdom today.

Quite honestly it was one of the best days ever!

Me and Mavis literally tackled everything you could in just one day at this massive Disney park. Everything from meeting princesses to riding space mountain multiple times to the late night parade and fireworks show. We do vacation right.

As I sit on this king sized bed writing this out with throbbing/swollen feet, I still have never regretted staying busy on vacation. I'm one who loves to experience everything I can in a short amount of time. I am fine with hardly no down time in a day. To me, that's what makes vacation the most fun!

So our day started our HILARIOUS bus driver. We took a golf cart to our shuttle bus, and our driver literally made us cry from laughter. When I whipped out the snapchat video he squealed "OHH WE TAKIN SELFIES?! LEMMIE GET IN THIS SELFIEEE!!" And literally we ended up on his Instagram too. It was definitely a way to wake us up!

Then when we got to the park (EEE!!!) our first mission after taking in all the nostalgia of Disney, was to head over to the Monster's Inc. laugh factory where they pick on the audience and make a great comedy show. They kept picking on this one guy calling him "that guy!" And showing his awkward smile to the whole audience probably 42 times.

Then Mavis got to meet a fan!! It was so cute how excited they both were and I'm really happy for the both of them. It's definitely cool seeing your close friend be admired so so much by someone they've never met before- that's pretty impactful.

Off to all the rides and princess meetings afterwards! We made our way around the entire park so many times, which was great because of our lack of gym time we'll be getting this week!!

I fangirled so hard for Ariel today. She's been my absolute favorite princess since I was little, and the last I saw her at Disney I was five, so this was longggg overdue.

Almost forgot: in line to meet Elsa and Anna, we made friends with this little girl from playing hangman in line! We literally waited two hours (worth it) so I started some games to pass the time. She started looking like she could use a distraction too, so she quickly became our word guessing partner! Later her mom really needed us when we randomly ran into them again and she needed to call her husband. I'm so happy she found us because that could have been scary for her not having a phone! Someone was watching over her to make sure she was okay:)

Before the fireworks show, me and Mavis met up with Kelsey, our friend Abby's friend back home! It was awesome seeing her be the one to take professional photos for families in front of the beautifully lit castle.

Also, me and Mavis got these adorable Mickey ears. Not the typical ones though, no. These say class of 2015 with a tassle on them:) it's kinda sad but exciting at the same time.

Alright time to hit the hay, love you all!

Have a magical day!

XO
Amanda
